From the outset, our associates are part of a collaborative endeavour and are expected to solve problems — not simply take directions. New associates work in teams alongside our more experienced lawyers and are immediately given substantive assignments and significant responsibility.

Qualification Requirements: All candidates, for both associate and trainee positions, must demonstrate exceptional academic ability and fluency in spoken and written English. Candidates for associate positions must also be admitted to the Italian Bar.
